Job Purpose:The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR), Informational Services Program (ISP), is seeking Department of Management Services (DMS) IT State Term Contract Staff Augmentation contract quotes from qualified vendors under State Term Contract, #80101507-21-STC-ITSA, Staff Augmentation, to fill a new Senior IT Project Manager consulting services position. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Manage all aspects of the migration of the SUNTAX Cloud Migration project which consists of the initial Proof of Concept (POC) and the subsequent phased migration of the SUNTAX system.2. Integration Management: Developing a project management plan; directing and managing all work for the project; monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes; facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals3. Scope Management: Defining and managing scope, creating a work breakdown structure (WBS), and requirements; validating and controlling the scope of the project4. Time Management: Planning, defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity durations; monitor the progress of a project; compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance; adjusts schedule / resources to ensure that key milestones are reached5. Cost Management: Planning and estimating costs, and determining budgets; managing the project’s budget; identifying, planning, and coordinating required procurements6. Quality Management: Planning and identifying quality requirements; performing all aspects of managing quality; controlling the quality of deliverables7. Human Resource Management: Planning and identifying human resource needs; selecting, developing, managing, and coordinating a project team made up of multiple programs within DOR and Vendor staff8. Communications Management: Planning and managing all aspects of project communications; define the content and the format of project communications / reports based on information requirements of specific stakeholders or groups; ensure appropriate documentation is created/updated throughout the project processes; provide knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical staff as needed9. Risk Management: Planning for and identifying potential risks; performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis; planning risk mitigation strategies; implementing and managing mitigation strategies10. Stakeholder Management: Coordinating and maintaining stakeholders from a variety of DOR and external entities and the public; planning and managing stakeholder expectations11. Managing the project in accordance with the requirements the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C. and ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management Standards. Providing all documentation required.12. Follow all Department, ISP, and team defined standards and procedures13. Performs other related duties, as required About the Candidate:

QualificationsEducation - All Consultants must have earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field or equivalent; or one (1) year of IT project management experience for each year of education.

Required Experience• PMP Certification• Experience managing IT projects (7 or more years)• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud environment (5 or more years)• Experience migrating a SAP environment to the cloud

Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management c. Knowledge of MS Office Suite d. Knowledge of Microfocus PPM 5. Experience / knowledge of a wide range of information technology a. Experience with cloud architecture and technologies b. Experience with Azure Cloud Environment c. Knowledge of general networking infrastructure technologies d. Knowledge of IT Security requirements including IRS 1075 and FTI e.
