Provide project management and support for all projects under the Security Engineering organization,
partner with the Security Engineering Senior Manager, and IT Delivery Managers for Platform Security Engineering, Network Security Engineering, Cloud Security Engineering, and Network Segmentation to identify, plan, and monitor the delivery and support projects for their teams,
guide and assist project technical leads to develop, examine, and update project planning; working throughout the effort to ensure budgets, timelines, and scope are being managed properly,
evaluate, adjust, and share project information with Sr. leadership to support good decision-making and accurate reporting of status, schedule, and budget,
when needed, independently lead work efforts to analyze, develop or procure, and implement solutions,
foster and maintain cooperative relationships with project stakeholders including other IT groups, supporting offices, business area customers, and vendor partners, and
develop and employ strategies and techniques that minimize the effort of maintaining task-level information necessary to evaluate project and portfolio performance.

bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, communications; or other analytical discipline (or equivalent experience),
minimum of three years’ experience in IT in an analytical role, with experience planning and executing projects,
knowledge of systems development and project management methodologies; and how they are employed to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget,
successful and proven track record of leading large-scale projects, extensive background in the planning of complex solutions,
experience leveraging software tools designed to plan, execute, and monitor projects, e.g., Clarity/Open Workbench, Microsoft Project,
proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office,
strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with peers, managers, customers, and vendor partners,
competency in determining priority and managing time and quality in the execution of multiple concurrent projects and assignments,
ability to work under minimal supervision,
and handle stressful situations in a professional manner, and
obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification,
experience working with large enterprise networks and/or fortune 100 companies,
direct experience working in Cyber Security,
Experience with compliance and regulatory security requirements (SOX, PCI),
Experience with a hybrid Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment,
one or more security certifications: Security +, and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISSAP/ISSEP/ISSMP concentration preferred.
