Initial secures and re-secures

Winterizations

Grass cuts and yard maintenance

Trash outs and evictions

Monthly maid services

And other general property preservation tasks

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Timely completion of work is critical to maintaining our company’s strong reputation with clients.

Requirements:

Must pass a background check (Aspen Grove) – industry standard

Must be licensed and insured

Must have reliable transportation and all necessary equipment
