Property Accountant

Description We are currently working with a boutique property management company who is looking to bring on an Assistant Property Administrator to the team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate has experience in property management, is professional, friendly, and detail oriented. Overview of duties:

Coding of invoices/ processing payments

Responsible for postings, deposits, and collection management

Emailing tenants statements

Month-end closing activities and reportings to include; Financial statements and month-end occupancy report

Support on managing budgets, forecasting, and management of operating expenses

Bachelor of Business, finance or Accounting, preferred

Previous residential or commercial real estate experience is a MUST

Proficient in excel; pivot tables & vlookup functions

Detail oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment

Bilingual; english and spanish is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
