Description We are offering a temporary to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Orlando, Florida. This role will involve managing a portfolio of concessions agreements, drafting various legal documents, and ensuring tenant compliance. You'll be working in a busy office environment, where your skills in Contract Administration, Building Permits, Lease Agreements, Customer Service, Bid Proposal, Billing Functions, Billing Statements, and Administrative Assistance will be put to good use.Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of concessions agreements, understanding and interpreting contractual language and tenant processes Draft and negotiate concession agreements, term sheets, amendments, space use agreements, licenses, permits, and exhibits for the use and lease of retail properties and facilities at the airport Prepare formal business letters, memorandums, and presentations, and present recommendations to management and committees as assigned Assist in the drafting, development, and presentation of bid documents and request for proposals, and formulate recommendations for approval Work closely with management and legal counsel in the drafting and negotiation of various concession agreements and other legal documentation Monitor tenant compliance with all lease terms and conditions, and perform inspections of tenant facilities as required Track tenant sales and financial data, and coordinate with the Finance Department to confirm compliance with financial requirements Assist with the preparation of data for the annual revenue budget and evaluate tenant-provided audits for accuracy Enter and maintain key terms and conditions, including billing instructions, for each agreement into the property management software Process requests for tenant improvement projects and tenant signage, and review schematic renderings, drawings, and other associated documents.Requirements Proficiency in Contract Administration to ensure all agreements are managed effectively and in line with legal requirements. Solid understanding of Building Permits to ensure compliance with regional and national standards. Familiarity with Lease Agreements to ensure all rental contracts are properly executed and maintained. Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions and relationships with tenants. Experience in Bid Proposal preparations to ensure the organization's interests are best represented in contract negotiations. Ability to perform Billing Functions effectively, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Experience in preparing and managing Billing Statements to maintain financial transparency and accuracy. Proven track record in providing Administrative Assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
