Property Maintenance

Successful HOA and Condo Association Management Company is seeking an initial part-time Maintenance person (with potential for full time) to join our team. Our main office is headquartered in Boca Raton and we manage communities from Northern Broward County throughout Palm Beach County. Long commutes will not be considered.

Applicants must be experienced in all areas of maintenance services including:

Carpentry

Drywall Repair

Painting

Minor Electrical

Pressure Cleaning

Concrete and Stucco Repair

Plumbing

Applicant must have own tools and reliable transportation, a valid and clean Florida Driver's License and submit to a Background Check. Benefits Offered.

Salary is based on demonstrated experience and all applicants must submit compensation requirements with resume and/or detailed list of experience and previous employment with professional references in order to be considered.
