Property Manager LCAM - CAM (west palm beach)

We are currently seeking a full-time LCAM to become a valuable addition to our team. The position available is for a full-time portfolio role, requiring experience in cultivating and overseeing positive relationships with both residents and Board members.

The responsibilities of the property manager include:

Supervising and managing vendors

Overseeing community finances

Developing the annual budget

Formulating a comprehensive management plan

A CAM license and reliable transportation are essential requirements for this role.
