Required Qualifications A TS clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science/Engineering/Electrical or Computer related field of study. A minimum of 10 years of experience design, development, integration, and implementation of prototypes for cyber, space, and/or ISR systems and/or subsystems based on system-level requirements. Prior relevant experience serving on an executive committee aligning, improving, and creating technology and capabilities to SOF, SPACE, CYBER, across the DoDDesired Qualifications Ten years of experience leading systems-level analysis, requirements generation, and Modeling and simulation. Ten years of experience on DoD, DNI, and/or joint programs. Ten years of experience integrating computer hardware/software development and software system engineering. A minimum of five years' experience working with DoD Instructions, Regulations, Rules, and governances related Research and Development.
