Public Adjuster (Commission-Based)
Pay structure: 100% commission. Adjusters are paid only when claims are settled (not upfront). Typical annual earnings range $60,000–$100,000+ depends on volume/size of settled claims and your effort.
Who we’re looking for
Hold a 6-20 All Lines Adjuster license or willing to obtain it (company fully reimburses $350 licensing cost; training provided).
Strong communicator; sales experience a plus.
Fluent in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued.
Self-directed, reliable transportation, good time management.
What you’ll do
Communicate with clients to assess needs and assist with insurance claims.
Travel within Florida to meet clients; provide on-site support.
Door-to-door outreach to generate leads in affected areas.
Guide clients through the claims process to achieve fair compensation.
Support crisis relief and recovery; work with diverse communities.
