Punch/Turn/Make Ready/Technician

Seeking a motivated individual for multifamily/apartment Punch/Make Ready work. Must have own transportation and tools.

We require skills in light drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing and some touch up Painting. A motivated work ethic is always a plus.

We are a long standing company in the multifamily/ apartment industry and this position comes with room for advancement.

Punch Tech Requirements:

Trash out of units

Lite Electrical and Plumbing

Organization and attention to detail

Touch up painting

Completing requests from Supervisor and/or Property Manager
