Description:The Puppet DevOps Engineer will have a solid understanding of the Puppet Enterprise Platform. They must be competent in Puppet module development from inception to deployment. They must have a deep understanding of PE console configuration and be able to adapt to organizational configuration practices. They must adhere to SDLC best practices and be sensitive to customer-specific ITIL directives. Requirements:Puppet Enterprise experience up through v2019.x.x Developer competencies in:RubyPuppetyamlbashPowerShellAutomation scripting skillsAble to understand team members code and adhere to their style, or influence style to establish team-wide consistencyGood debugging skills achieved through hands-on experienceThorough understanding and experience of Git/GitHub version control operationsPractical experience in using and managing each of the following OS:RedHat Enterprise Linux (CentOS, Fedora okay too)Ubuntu/Debian LinuxWindows Server 2016 - 2022Able to work effectively with other teamsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProven documentation skills as they relate to the job role
