We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :6 year(s) of relevant experience in progressive roles managing IT project management and strategy development.Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Systems AnalysisCertification(s) Preferred :Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in strategic IT including the following areas:

Driving benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods to be leveraged by multiple project/product owners; Collaborating with product leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects;

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables;

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes;

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting EMFI continuous improvement standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines;

Overseeing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards;

Maintaining governance/compliance of project financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation;

Managing program communications and change activities with member territories as well as within PwC global technology;

Managing program demand activities with member territories as well as within PwC global technology and external vendors;

Managing organizational initiatives to continuously improve the program and better the collaboration between the program and the larger PwC global technology organization;

Using strategic management and delivery methodologies to drive an agile delivery culture to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments; and,

Utilizing business skills (i.e. financial, resource, vendor, issue management, etc.) to solve critical and strategic business technology issues.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in delivering strategic major investment development programs including the following areas:

Leading a high performing IT team in a hands-on role, accountable for developing a vision and strategy, establishing direction, aligning people, motivating and inspiring others to achieve that vision and strategy;

Driving strategic problem identification, definition, alternative/option definition, and taking decisive action to achieve program objectives in alignment with organization and firm strategy;

Leading the tactical, financial, and strategic outcomes of the organization based on delivery and operational needs of the program;

Coaching and developing project teams, including staff selection, engagement, development, retention, and performance;

Leading highly visible complex strategic program activities, bringing current knowledge and future vision of technology, processes, and industry leading practices as related to business requirements and industry trends;

Leading assigned programs including cost management, schedule management, scope strategic program planning, efficient management, and profitable execution;

Collaborating extensively with others to discover creative solutions to complex problems, which may require unique approaches, while maintaining standards and minimizing any risk to the firm;

Providing strategic leadership to the program and other matrixed, functional leadership who are responsible for day-to-day execution of the program, while establishing application delivery efforts are focused on the user with continual focus on improving the experience of the application user; and,

Maintaining effective relationships and channels of communication with business sponsors and IT leadership including collaborating with senior level staff/partners in other departments and lines of service throughout the firm.
