Python Developer

Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Python Developer on a long-term contract basis.

• Looking for a Python Developer who can build CICD Pipelines using Orchestrator (Luigi and Airflow preferred).
• Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience using Python and CICD Pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical development plan for execution
• Utilize in-depth knowledge across multiple Applications Development to provide technical
• oversight and development
• Translate architectural technical designs into executable development plan
• Code, maintain, and document in-house library (Python)
• Monitor and execute releases and builds (Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, etc.)
• Provide in-depth technical code review for code optimization
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular
• consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients and assets, by
• driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying
• sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and
• escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively
• supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain
• these standards.

• Should have spent at least 85% of time in coding in his/her past engagement
• Experience in end-to-end project life cycle.
• Strong object-oriented programming knowledge.
• Programming languages: Python: Min 3+ years.
• DevOps: 2+ year's experience on Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. 2+ year's experience on CI/CD Pipeline setup with Jenkins, Git, SonarQube. 1+ year's experience on ELK Stack. Workflow Management: 2+ year's experience on Luigi/Apache Airflow.
• Data Ingestion: 3+ year's experience on REST APIs. 1+ year's experience on Apache Kafka.

• Working experience on AI/ML Domain.
• Working experience on Hadoop Ecosystem.
• NoSQL- Mongo: or relevant experience in non-relational databases.
• Scripting: Shell/Bash.
• Contribution to open-source libraries.
• Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

• Bachelor's Degree/University Degree or equivalent experience
• Master's Degree preferred
