QA Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst works to ensure all web properties and projects are delivered and maintained with a high degree of quality, accuracy, reliability, and brand standard compliance.

• Provide testing and analysis of web-based applications
• Give feedback regarding enterprise-based data management software
• Analyze and evaluate email campaigns and a variety of smaller projects

• advanced knowledge of web development processes and technologies
• advanced knowledge of desktop and mobile environments
• advanced knowledge of web accessibility standards
• experience with bug tracking tools
• experience with automated testing tools
• experience with QA accessibility tools (SiteImprove, BrightEdge)
• ability to design, develop, and document automation scripts, sanity, smoke, and regression testing processes
• a desire to learn and help others, and work as part of a tight-knit team
• good communication and presentation skills
• excellent organizational skills, including project planning
