As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating testing efforts for ServiceNow modules and other applications supporting Corporate Systems business areas.Responsibilities:

Coordinate testing efforts for the Corporate Systems Technology team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle

Create comprehensive testing plans for new and existing systems with input from system analysts and software engineers

Develop Quality Assurance and testing strategies

Work closely with cross-organizational team to define testing strategy, remove impediments, and deliver solutions

Test APIs to ensure proper integration between third-party systems and back-office platforms

Discuss and review options to adopt automated testing solutions

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience software testing and quality assurance experience

2+ years of experience creating SQL queries to validate test results and set up test data

Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment

Experience creating test automation frameworks

Experience utilizing Postman

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, etc.

2+ years of experience with ServiceNow test automation functionality (ATF)

2+ years of hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium, C# .NET and

2+ years of experience in using .NET Test automation Frameworks like Nunit, xUnit

2+ years of experience in automated testing of REST/SOAP/JSON API

2+ years of experience in integrating test automation code with Azure CI/CD Pipelines

2+ years of experience with mobile device testing
