Conducts moderately complex quality analyses and inspections. Analyzes quality data and determines if products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards. Monitors testing plans to assure product reliability. Assists in orienting, training, and assigning work of business support employees.Key Responsibilities:
Track, organize, monitor, and report out product returns and failure analysis
Work with Tech Support to resolve customer issues
Perform failure Analysis.
Troubleshoot to component level.
Review data for trends and imitate 8D as needed.
This position is for a staff Quality Compliance technician who works under moderate supervision.
Monitors testing plans to assure product reliability. Assists in orienting, training, and assigning work of business support employees
Works under moderate supervision to assist with the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures
Monitors testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability of products in conjunction with product design and specifications
Analyzes quality data and determines if products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards
Monitors corrective actions and process reengineering
Conducts moderately complex quality analyses and inspections
Analyzes flowcharts, forms, communications and audits
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 6+ yrs. of experience with the ability to troubleshoot, read and interpret schematics OR 2 year Technical Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with soldering and ESD Training
Strong Electronics background with ability to read schematics, understand component functions and troubleshoot to component level using schematic diagram and the ability to solder
