Job SummaryThe Quality Control Manager (QCM) shall have full oversight of the quality program initiatives at CMI’s customer sites in Florida: Miami, West Palm Beach and Dania Beach.Key Job FunctionsEnsure that all performance objectives and standards are identified and achievedResponsible for the verification and compliance of work standards and timeliness and accuracy of the work performedResponsible for the oversight of audits, monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirementsUses random sampling to evaluate process efficiencyReviews and validates reports of findings and ensures that action is taken or recommendedRecommends changes in administrative procedures, methods, and standards
