Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform comprehensive inspections on the production floor. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints and using precision inspection tools.Responsibilities
Perform general floor inspections to ensure product quality.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Utilize micrometers, calipers, and micro gauges for precise measurements.
Conduct inspections using hand gauges.
Perform first and last piece inspections to verify product conformity.
Execute visual and manual inspections to identify defects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in quality inspection techniques.
Experience with micrometers, calipers, and micro gauges.
Ability to perform visual and manual inspections.
Competency in first article and last article inspections.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus.
Familiarity with precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
