Position Summary:

We are currently looking for Full Time Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our company and work remotely.

Strong customer service, communication and sales skills are essential. Must possess solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems during a call.

Ideal candidates must be coachable, self-driven and money motivated.

Responsibilities:

● Sell from a variety of outbound lead sources.

● Maintain a high conversion ratio of leads to policies sold.

● Maintain high compliance and quality scores.

● Ability to maintain a positive mental attitude in the face of adversity.

● Ability to receive and implement coaching and feedback from managers.

● Willingness to attend regular, on-camera sales meetings.

● Overcoming customer objections.
