Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Description This Paralegal position is for candidates who possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. This immediate Paralegal or Legal Assistant position via Robert Half is for candidates with a passion for the legal field. A short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity, this Paralegal role will be located in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. Motivated candidates who exercise focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities will do well in this role.Major responsibilities

Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents

Data base management of all relevant documents

Support attorney through all stages of project work

Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience

Deep understanding of commercial real estate

Adeptness in closing

Draft Documents experience

Real estate closings experience

Expertise in residential real estate

Title real estate experience

Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets

Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
