The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for our customers and clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. You will be responsible for front-desk operations and providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage and respond to general email and online inquiries
Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and customer information
Provide administrative support to sales, service, and finance departments
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and light bookkeeping tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Order and manage office supplies and parts inventory
