Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become a

Regional Sales Specialist.

The

Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for working with communities on lead management, sales presentations, closing sales and meeting monthly sales expectations to improve occupancy for assigned communities. The Regional Sales Specialist will work in close collaboration with the regional director of sales and marketing and other sales team members as a key member of a motivated sales team.

A few other details about the role:

  • Partner and collaborate with the executive director, regional director of sales and marketing, and the community sales team to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals.
  • Improve the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with the marketing and business plans to include completing sales calls, generating leads and closing sales.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, sales, closings, etc.)
  • Provide direct selling support to improve sales performance and meet sales expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources.
  • Establish public relations events to promote goodwill in the community and work with other sales team members and management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.
  • Ensure that each prospective resident receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every prospective resident, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
  • Maintain prospective residents' interest and commitments through continuous follow-up.
  • Follow organizational procedures in lead tracking and maintain current records of all leads and prospective residents.
  • Demonstrate an expertise and knowledge of current best practices in successful upscale retirement housing sales and marketing techniques.
  • Represent in professional manner the organization at public and community functions and foster a positive image of the community.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Obtain knowledge and demonstrate the principles of Living Lifespace , person directed care and successful aging philosophies and their inherent core values of commitment, respect, compassion, dedication, team work and quality. Team member will support, actively participate and act in accordance with the principles of the Living Lifespace service culture and be familiar with and fluent in the language and service pillars of Living Lifespace.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

And here's what you need to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five+ years' experience within Assisted Living/Memory Care Community (preferably in a regional capacity over multiple communities)
