Work Hours/Shift:Full Time/DaysYou Will Be Responsible For:Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.

Collaborates with staff and peers to create optimal synergy and outcomes.

Assists with interviews and makes recommendations for new hires.

Participates in 30, 60, and 90-day evaluations of new staff, and assists in completion of meaningful annual evaluation of existing staff.

Meets regularly with staff to obtain feedback and provide guidance to improve outcomes.

Complies with AHT corrective action process.

QualificationsWhat You Will Need:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Minimum of (3) to (5) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse

Current valid Florida State Board of Nursing Registered Professional Nurse license

BLS, ACLS

Job Summary:RIO Supervisor is responsible for organizing, staffing, supervisory, and evaluating the daily operation of Rapid In and Out (RIO). The RIO Supervisor is a preceptor and role model of employees, keeps the patient flow and workflow maintained, and contributes to the continued development and reputation of the department.The Supervisor supervises and coordinates patient care delivery in RIO and is accountable for meeting organizational standards.
