Requires capable and provable skills in:

Metal Roof repairs

Vinyl / metal siding repairs

Wood deck construction / repairs

Light Plumbing / electrical service

Carpentry, paneling, trim and small fabrications

Door / Window Repairs

Subfloor and flooring repairs

Trailer set up and securing

Vinyl skirting installation

Mini-split set up / connection

Drywall capable

Painting skills

Kitchen cabinet installation / remodeling

Bathroom remodeling / Service

Trash out / clean out

Require professional, minimum 7 years, professional tools and ability to use them, smart phone and ability to send pictures daily, prompt, someone who does what they say, honest, non-excuse making peronsality.
