REMOTE Business Analyst / Tester

REMOTE Business Analyst / Tester:

• Seeking a Business Analyst with a Finance, Accounting or Banking background.
  • Must have a basic understanding of debits and credits, loan amortization and interest calculations, etc.
  • Testing experience (UAT, Test Scripts, Unit, System, Integration, Performance and Security.)
• Must have knowledge of the SDLC activities.
• Expected have experience in developing custom developed and packaged applications with exposure to all types of testing (Unit, System, Integration, Performance, Security, etc.) is required.
• Must have experience in Agile Development as well as with Team Foundation Server, including entering User Stories, Bugs, Enhancements, Burndown, and working with offshore resources.
• Must possess strong test management skills and a thorough understanding of testing and analysis deliverables (including UML artifacts and how they relate to the development process).
• Must have a strong technology acumen and track record of hands-on implementations across multiple technologies.
• Must have experience using modern testing tools (ex. Quality Center, Load Runner, etc.).
• Must possess an ability to translate technical data and concepts into actionable testing approaches.
• Must have a strong background in implementing enterprise initiatives on a large scale.
• Must possess an Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent IT experience.
