No cold calling work only with current customers and our ISO partners.

We are a DIRECT funding company NOT A BROKER OFFICE

This is a in-office fulltime position in mid town Miami (No remote work)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Casual, friendly work environment in one of the largest and nicest shared office spaces in Miami

Compensation: Salary, Commission, Bonus

Key responsibilities: Renewal Account Manager

-Client retention: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure they renew their MCA contracts.

-Contract management: Work with contracts and ensure all renewals are processed accurately and on time.

-Sales and closing: Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective negotiation and closing skills.

-Administrative tasks: Manage client information, track performance metrics, and use CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Required skills and qualifications:

-Sales acumen: Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

-Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with clients and internal teams.

-Financial product knowledge: A solid understanding of financial products, especially Merchant Cash Advances, is necessary.

-CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and other contract or sales management software is often required.

-Tech-savviness: Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.

-Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to managing contracts and client information is crucial.

-Soft skills: The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and be a self-starter.
