Job Profile Summary CAI is hiring! We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our client on-site in Miramar, FL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity - full benefits offered.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of the IT time tracking tool across the IT organization with the goal of ensuring alignment across IT, and its business partners, and improving the successful execution of IT initiatives.
  • Partner across teams to enhance current processes while identifying improvement areas, create and implement recommendations and action plans.
  • Train and educate stakeholders on existing procedures and ensure team members execute in compliance with standards.
  • Assist with month end close activities as it relates to the consolidation of data from the tracking tool cost centers.
  • Work heavily in excel with advanced formulas, power queries, pivot tables, pivot charts, and SharePoint.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project portfolio management skills (resource planning, demand management, budget management).
  • Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives.
  • Experienced user in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, VBA, formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF), macros, pivot tables, pivot charts, data validation drop downs, etc.
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or subject and/or demonstrated capability through five (5) previous years of experience and education.
  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools a plus.
  • Experience working with large sets of data, consolidating, analyzing.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of month end close & forecast is needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Five (5) or more years financial or accounting experience in a project delivery or support role is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree Business, Finance or Accounting

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
