David Weekley Homes is looking for enthusiastic people with residential homebuilding experience to join our team of builders in the Bradenton, FL area. Responsibilities include:Plan, schedule, and coordinate the construction of quality homes from development through final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Direct daily construction activities and monitor overall progress.Manage subcontractors, materials, contracts, budgets, and schedules to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance.Oversee job site safety, cleanliness, productivity, and adherence to building codes, plans, and regulations.Track and control construction costs, negotiate pricing, and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.Complete homes and customer walk-throughs prior to closing and conduct Home Buyer Meetings to ensure satisfaction.
