Retail Sales Associate – High-End Thrift Boutique (Veteran Nonprofit)

We are a nonprofit veteran organization operating a high-end thrift boutique, and we’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position, M-F (2 full 7.5 hr days & 3 half 4 hr days)

Job Responsibilities:

Open and close the boutique as scheduled

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

Organize and maintain merchandise displays

Keep the boutique clean and inviting at all times

Assist with donation intake and backroom organization as needed

Represent the values and mission of our veteran nonprofit organization

Qualifications:

Must be dependable and punctual

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required

Positive attitude and ability to work independently

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Must have a clean and valid drivers license

Interest in supporting veterans and the nonprofit community is a plus
