The role is within our team where the focus is on maintaining a high level of customer service while supporting sales activities. The position involves communication with customers, analyzing their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and keeping accurate records of sales activities. Responsibilities: Engage with prospective and previous customers through outbound calls. Recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs analysis. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the sales process. Keep precise records of all sales activities. Utilize CRM and ERP Solutions to manage customer interactions and sales processes. Conduct auditing of customer accounts and take necessary actions. Handle billing functions relating to customer accounts. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product or service details. Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during customer interactions. Perform direct sales and customer targeting activities to drive business growth. Requirements Proven experience in a sales support or similar role Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Familiarity with ERP Solutions and About Time software Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Experience in answering inbound calls and customer targeting Knowledge of auditing and billing functions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in direct sales and call center customer service Strong problem-solving abilities High level of attention to detail Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required Strong organizational and administrative skills Proactive approach to improving processes and systems.
