Sales/ Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a enthusiastic and hardworking sales/ customer service representative who will be a great long-term fit. Experience in kitchen design & countertop sales Marble, Granite, and Quartz is beneficial. Candidate must be self-starter who possesses strong organizational and administrative skills. Must have the ability to establish priorities, work well under pressure in busy environment, anticipate schedule demands and meet deadlines. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Description:

. Be courteous and hospitable to all customers

. Answering inbound and outbound sales calls

. Schedule customer appointments

. Responds to all emails and calls in a timely manner

. Create customer/job invoice and files

. Maintain files of customers and vendors up to date and in order

. Collect and process all payments on accounts

. Assist customers in appropriate material selection

Full-Time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
