Sales Representative – Demolition & Pour Back

We are a growing construction company looking for a Sales Representative with experience in demolition and pour-back services. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-driven, and strongly understands the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in demolition and pour-back services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and company goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in demolition and concrete pour back.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Must be bilingual ( English and Spanish)

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
