Sales Representative for Construction Company

Established construction company looking for an experienced sales representative.

Requirements:

Sales Experience- at least 5 years in sales; preferably in the construction industry.

Experience in Business to Business sales.

Must be professional and have good business sense.

Construction, Architectural and Structural knowledge is a plus.

Be familiar with the construction industry. Have established connections with Architects, Engineers & Builders is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to call on new clients, create new and lasting business relationships.

Ability to constantly increase the pipeline.

Excellent computer skills.

Must work well with others and be a respectful team player.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities:

Develop new relationships within the industry. Meet with new Architects, Builders and Engineers to encourage them to use our company on their projects.

Drive sales up and meet deadlines and sales quotas on the monthly bases.

Must conform to our specific methods of selling.

Familiar with Architectural and Structural plans.

Generate new sales opportunities by networking and promoting our company.

Follow up and maintain all communication with clients at all times.

Maintain monthly and yearly quotas is a must.

Benefits:

$1000 per week while in training. (6 months)

After training, weekly pay plus 1% commissions. (Sales volume in the millions)
