Sales Trainee

We are a fast-growing construction company looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Trainee to join our team! No prior sales experience? No problem — we’ll teach you how to sell and help you gain hands-on experience in a high-energy, supportive environment.

This is a great opportunity for students studying Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields — especially those involved in university sports teams or other leadership roles. If you’re driven, competitive, and ready to take on real-world challenges, this is for you!

What You'll Learn & Do:

How to prospect potential clients and identify business opportunities

How to present services and develop client relationships

Basic principles of sales strategy and customer engagement

How the construction industry works from a business perspective

Work alongside a supportive team and gain real sales experience

Who You Are:

Currently enrolled in a university (Business, Marketing, or similar field preferred)

A fast learner who’s eager to grow and take initiative

Confident, enthusiastic, and a good communicator

Involved in sports or team-based activities (a big plus!)

Able to work based on a flexible schedule

Spanish speaking is a plus!
