Sales Training & Development Specialist

This person will oversee all in person and virtual instructor-led training programs and manage all related training content. Apply now!   YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You oversee and lead all classroom led and virtual training programs with sales focus, e.g. for telephone and video calls. You lead coaching sessions with the sales team, e.g. during telephone and video calls, including following-up on discussed improvements   You manage participants' performance and provide coaching/feedback as needed.  You handle all training materials and updates to align with operational sales needs and to ensure that changes in product, policy, procedures etc. are reflected. You evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback from the sales team through our internal LMS.You liaise with business partners, business owners and subject matter experts for content review and maintenance.YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have 2-4 years of experience in sales required, preferably in the mobility, tourism or trade sector Education You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship   Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications    Soft Skills You  have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experienceCommitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks   Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory
