Salesforce Administrator Consultant

Description We are seeking a Salesforce Admin Consultant with client in Ft. Myers. The client has a preference for being local to the area and remote work will be considered based on the strength of the canidate. This role involves working on the Salesforce platform across various business units, configuring platform components, and helping resolve integration challenges. This is a contract-based employment opportunity in the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary system administrator for a Salesforce.com environment. Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards, workflows, and other operational tasks. Work collaboratively with teams to update, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce Community solutions. Administer forms using the Form Assembly tool and complete regular internal system audits. Assist in resolving Salesforce integration challenges with other SaaS applications and resolve data discrepancies. Prepare architecture documentation and diagrams such as data flows across integrations. Research, identify, and leverage enabling technology to support business customers. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Work with the organizational management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams. Create and maintain JIRA user stories to ensure accurate documentation and perform technical grooming.Requirements Proficiency in using Salesforce Administration tools and Salesforce Lightning Platform is essential. Demonstrable experience in Database Management and Configuration Management. Ability to manage Salesforce Environments efficiently, including creating and managing custom objects, fields, and formulas. Solid experience in Salesforce deployments, ensuring the successful delivery of the development work. Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, to customize the platform according to business needs. Knowledge of Salesforce Platform to build and manage apps is required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
