Salesforce Administrator (Product and CPQ Specialist) - This is a 100% remote role and full time with a salary range of $115-130k.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary owner for all things CPQ and Product Data within the organization.
    • Product data and configurations (Salesforce and Deltek)
    • Product cases (Salesforce)
    • Price books/quote template governance and management
    • Promotions
    • Assets and asset conversions governance and maintenance
    • CPQ errors and issues
  • Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features, and roadmap.
  • Train, educate, and coach business lines to enhance their knowledge and competencies in CPQ to empower them and make them self-sufficient in owning and managing their data.
  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to capture data quality validation requirements needed to develop and continuously execute master data profiling which ensure critical data meets the needs of the business.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert with regard to the identification and application of data validation requirements within assigned process stream. Make suggestions and provide guidance as necessary to ensure adequate coverage of data quality on critical data.
  • Work with applicable leaders and stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines appropriately.
  • Surfaces and resolves barriers and impediments impacting the team’s focus, autonomy, empowerment, engagement and overall continuous improvement and maturity.
  • Guides team in experimenting with technical practices to enhance performance and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that any checkpoint deliverables required are completed by the owner of
  • Leverage’s customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs.
  • Creates and/or maintains key product documentation (e.g., customer journey map, technical specs, process mapping, etc.).
  • Identifies and defines key non-functional requirements (e.g., security, availability, performance, etc.) to achieve necessary product metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or similar field, or relevant work experience
  • Salesforce certifications – CPQ and App Builder
  • 4 + years of Salesforce administrative experience and in configuring and managing SFDC Sales Cloud, Case Management, CPQ, Electronic Signature, Document Generation Tools, Data Loader, and Data integrations are highly preferred OR 2+ years in a Salesforce consulting role
  • Experience in a complex B2C Salesforce org with multiple Salesforce clouds and packages.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, and Flows.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities all while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and be results driven and should be familiar with agile driven development.
  • Strong Reporting and Dashboards experience.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from business partners, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in information technology or related field
  • Salesforce certification(s) – Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer
  • Experience with ERP, ideally Deltek
  • Experience in project management and execution with Agile frameworks (scrum, Kanban, backlog)
  • Experience with how to deal with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) & other forms of controlled data with Salesforce in online and offline scenarios (i.e., ITAR, DFAR, GDPR, etc.).
