RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary:We are seeking a principal systems analyst with strong functional knowledge and background in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud platform. They will configure, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions to support the fast-paced growth of our renewable's businesses.Job Tasks: The Principal Salesforce Business Analyst works across Sales and/or Service cloud platform and other key operational areas to identify requirements and scope where change to systems, tools, data, and processes are required to deliver specific business outcomes Take the lead to document requirements through 'use cases' and 'user stories' Responsible for defining and agreeing the Acceptance Criteria, for working with the architects and developers to clarify the requirement and ensure the design meets the acceptance criteria and will then coordinate and support the end to end and business acceptance testing phases Employees in this role are the recognized experts within the organization and area of focus. Employees in this job provide expertise and strategic focus needed to conduct complex operational analyses that support informed decision making within the business unit. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you conduct analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement Directs, mentors and coaches lower-level analysts Performs other job-related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: High School diploma/GED Bachelor's or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience Adept at creative solution development, drive to innovate and automate Used to agile, fast paced, dynamic project environments Hands-on implementation experience in Sales and/or Service cloud platform Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Salesforce platform certification (preferred) Experience in the energy industry a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
