RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Salesforce Trainer - Field Services.
Responsibilities: The Salesforce Trainer will design training content and update training documentation for Salesforce features based on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Schedule and facilitate training to FPL Employees and external vendors at all levels, on-site or remotely, via multiple delivery modes including, e-learning, classroom, and blended solutions as necessary Provide Salesforce support (phone, email) and virtual training as needed As a Salesforce Trainer, you will define training success measures and monitor progress Provide refresher training as needed Collaborates with key stakeholders, Product Manager, Program Manager, IT Delivery Lead, IT Program Manager, Architects, and Key Stakeholders Agile teams, Organizational Change Management leader to ensure training methods meet Power Delivery's needs The Salesforce Trainer collaborates with Product Owners and OCM leader to assess feature training needs for Salesforce end users and updates and refines current or new training materials as neededREQUIREMENTS: Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
