SAP FICO Lead

A services company in Florida is currently seeking a new SAP FICO Lead for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Miami.

• Independently lead the module and drive & participate in business discussions
• Provide recommendations, solutions in various processes.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address customer concerns
• Independently handle the accounts/projects either implementations or support engagements
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 8+ years of SAP experience
• 3-5 Full Life cycle implementations
• Experience with minimum of 1 S/4HANA implementation
• Experience in Financial Global, New GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center and Profitability Accounting, and Product Costing
• Experience as a Finance Team Lead and delivering the full or near full FICO scope
• Proficient in facilitating Fit/Gap workshops and directing clients to define requirements
• Proficient in the development of design and functional specification documents
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong Finance and Accounting Skills
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills 9written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Experience with Revenue Recognition, Group Reporting, Collection Management, Dispute Management
• Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes
• Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems (Banks, FP&A, Concur, etc.)
