MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.

Experience: Ten (10) or more years of progressively knowledgeable, responsible and skilled experience in a technology related role. At least five (5) years of enterprise technical experience directly relating to SCCM administration. Demonstrated experience with desktop infrastructure solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Miscellaneous: An equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of required education or experience. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Extensive knowledge of principles and methods applied to information technology infrastructure, planning, implementation, and management.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft operating systems and infrastructure software, security administration, System Center Configuration Manager 2012(SCCM2012), Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and LAN and WAN infrastructure technologies.
  • Skilled in the designing, troubleshooting, testing, documenting and supporting responsibilities for projects requiring SCCM 2012 with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in using PowerShell or equivalent scripting tools.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to patch management and software distribution infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of principles and methods applied to information technology infrastructure, planning, implementation, and management.
  • Ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, division and department heads, public/private sector contacts, and County Administration.
