Using our scheduling software, this role will balance the availability and resources against incoming requests to ensure service levels and tasks are covered and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.Job DutiesUtilizing our scheduling software to plan and identify staffing needs.Create, maintain, and manage schedules for the Member Care team.Assist with attendance tracking including tardy and absencesReview, approve, and track our employees’ time off requests and leave of absences.Create and analyze reporting for forecasting to estimate scheduling needsAssisting with other administrative task and projects within the business.
