This job will have the following responsibilities:

Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and how to become self-organized
Help the team assess their Scrum Maturity' and how to move to higher levels of maturity
Coordinate efforts between business units and technology teams to ensure the team delivers to plan

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team
Knowledge and experience with agile approaches and techniques in 3 or more of the following: Scrum, Kanban XP, Automated Testing, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Agile Games, etc
