Responsibilities: • Trains team members on Agile processes • Helps champion and implement Agile practices by supporting the Product Owner and supporting ScrumMasters • Enforces Agile processes/policies • Removes team impedimentsRequirements: - ship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance - IT or Technical Degree. • Recruiting to a range of levels of experience - 2 to 6+ yearsExperience in the following: Certified Scrum Master • Communication skills • Analytical skills • Problem solving ability • Multi-tasking ability • Experience guiding teams to effectively write/split/map user stories • Experience with CI/CD • Experience with relative estimation, retrospectives, and agile release planning techniquesJob ID: 4113Applicants selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
