Job description:
We are currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Rep with some knowledge of Social Media (a big plus, but not a requirement) to join our team at our Boca Raton showroom. The ideal candidate will be personable, presentable, organized, and resourceful with a willingness to help our business expand and grow.
Location: Boca Raton
We would prefer a candidate located in Coconut Creek, Oakland Park, Margate, Davie, Pompano Beach or Deerfield Beach - anywhere between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton for an easy commute.
Hours: Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM (overtime)
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers, helping them with their orders and answering questions about our products;
- Utilizing Canva and Apple Photo App for daily tasks, such as photo or video editing and posting on Social Media;
- Utilizing Quickbooks for tracking orders and unpaid balances;
- Completing insurance paperwork as required for various buildings;
- Assisting with some marketing tasks , such as website updates, blog posts, social media posts, google my business posts and other updates.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Fluent in English
Our team will provide training and support as needed. We are particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience, as we have a wealth of visual content showcasing our products that can be utilized in promotional efforts.
