Job description:
We are currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Rep with some knowledge of Social Media to join our team at our Boca Raton showroom. The ideal candidate will be personable, presentable, organized, and resourceful with a willingness to help our business expand and grow.
Location: Boca Raton
We would prefer a candidate located in Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach or Deerfield Beach for an easy commute.
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
Hours: 10 AM to 4PM (optional 6 hours overtime)
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom;
- Checking text messages and emails daily & requesting information from customers by text/email;
- Utilizing Canva and Apple Photo App for daily tasks, such as photo or video editing and posting on Social Media;
- Utilizing Quickbooks for tracking customer orders;
- Completing insurance paperwork as required for various buildings;
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Fluent in English
Our team will provide training and support as needed. We are particularly interested in candidates with social media or marketing experience, as we have a wealth of visual content showcasing our products that can be utilized in promotional efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn and excel as a business / social media / marketing associate.
