Seeking Handy Individual For Shades and Blinds Installer Position

We are seeking a handy individual familiar with power tools to train as a blinds and shades installer. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we have opportunities for you to grow with us. Here's what you need to know:

About the Role:

- Learn how to professionally install blinds and shades.

- For fully trained professionals with experience, starting pay is $30/hour.

- If you’re handy but new to the trade, starting pay is $23/hour.

Location

- Our primary service area spans from Fort Lauderdale to North Palm Beach. If you live in Miami, this position may not be ideal as we prefer someone local to our service area.

Schedule:

Part-time to start, with potential for full-time as you grow in the role.

Requirements:

- Prior installation experience is preferred but not required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for working with your hands.

- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

- A clean background, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle are mandatory.

- Must be presentable and professional in appearance.

- While you'll need your own car for commuting, we provide work vans for job-related tasks.
