Seeking Rockstar Insurance Agent to join me in new Agency

I am looking for a partner to join me in starting a new agency, preferably in T65, Medicare, etc. I recently got my 215 license but don't have the experience. However, I have a background in lead generation, digital marketing, etc. and I have money to invest. Ideally, you would already have experience and be interested in starting your own agency. I can do all the tech, marketing, web, admin, finance. I will also assist in sales as well. We can build a team asap if it makes sense to do so but my goal is to scale.
