Strategically drive luxury transient revenue by fostering and expanding relationships with elite travel advisors, and UHNW intermediaries Develop and execute sophisticated account strategies and annual business plans to optimize revenue and deepen loyalty within the luxury leisure market Represent the property at trade shows, FAM trips, roadshows, and exclusive client activations to amplify global brand presence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and pricing architecture Conduct market intelligence analysis to anticipate demand shifts, track emerging trends, and identify new high-potential source markets Design bespoke client experiences and high-touch site inspections  Spearhead the contracting and RFP process with key accounts while ensuring alignment with profitability goals and brand integrity Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, CRM tracking, and performance forecasting for assigned accounts Partner with operations to ensure service delivery excellence and personalization for VIP guests Leverage thought leadership and personal network to position Delano as a top-tier destination within the luxury travel community We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.   We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
