We’re looking for a leader with deep expertise across IAM, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and a strong background in software development and technical program leadership.

This is a high-impact opportunity to partner across the company, shape our IAM strategy, and deliver scalable, secure solutions with visibility at the highest levels of ServiceNow.The Role: As the Senior Manager, IAM Development, you will define, develop, and lead a world-class program that aligns identity and access controls to business objectives and risk priorities. You will drive architectural and operational change to advance IAM maturity, integrate AI-driven capabilities, and ensure secure, frictionless access across ServiceNow’s global environment.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Security, Compliance, and IT, to deliver measurable improvements in IAM posture and lead technical initiatives that define our next-generation identity ecosystem.What You’ll Do:Lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-scale IAM strategies, frameworks, and programs.Define and drive security-related architectural and infrastructure initiatives to meet target IAM standards.Oversee IAM metrics and reporting, continuously improving performance and control maturity.Foster alignment and delivery across Security, IT, and Engineering teams for IAM dependencies.Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader on identity-related risks, trends, and best practices.Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for IAM solutions—from requirements to deployment.Partner with risk and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive, compliant, and future-ready IAM strategy.Communicate program vision, progress, and results to executive and technical stakeholders alike.
